​How Do I Know My Hat Size?
​
Measure your head with a tape measure, ensuring it is around the widest part of your forehead and the crown at the back of the head, in the position where your hat/cap would normal sit. Measure to the nearest 1cm.

Delivery
Postage for all UK orders is free, however if you wish to return an item the return postage cost is to be paid for by the customer.

If your size is stated as out of stock, please ring us so we can check or let you when the item will next become available.

Returns & Refunds
Earland Brothers are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Our returns policy is extended from 1st November for the Christmas period - items bought after this date have until 15th January to exchange. All items must be returned in their original and resalable condition, with labels and swing tags attached. Please take care when trying on the hat to avoid potential damage, such as makeup marks. We check each item before dispatch to ensure that it is in perfect condition.
